The TCS Employability Quotient Test (EQT) is a test that registered candidates can take before appearing for the TCS National Qualifier Test (NQT). The EQT helps candidates gauge the gaps and be better prepared for the TCS NQT1. The TCS NQT is a nationwide test conducted by TCS iON that assesses cognitive ability and can enhance the employability of students, improve campus placement, and increase the brand value of institutions1. The test is conducted every 2-4 weeks so that students can showcase their skills for job readiness and are provided with multiple test attempts to improve their score1. Any pre-final or final year graduation student or a fresher with up to 2 years of experience is eligible to take this test.
